Welschriesling

Welschriesling grapes are pressed carefully and fermented cold to retain their fruit flavors. Afterwards they remain in stainless steel tanks on fine lees. The wine is then stored after fining, minimal filtration and bottling. This wine is medium bodied and refreshing with a floral nose, lively acidityand a fruity palate. It has an alcohol level of 12,0%.

Zweigelt Rosé

The Zweigelt grapes used for this roséare pressed in the traditional "saignée" method where the grapes are macerated a short time, separated from the must and then vinified like a white wine. This refreshing roséhas a nose of fine fruit notes accompanied with raspberries and wild cherry. On the palate one can find subtle herbal notes and a full body with analcohol level of 12,0%.

St. Laurent

This traditional Austrian variety is an offspring of the Pinot Noir grape. It is similarin structure and silkinessyethas a distinct spiciness and a hint of dark fruit. The grapes go through one to two week fermentation and maceration process and are pressed carefully. The wine matures by staying on the lees for six months and is bottled after minimal filtration. It has a dark purple color with a fine and fruity nose. The structure of this wine is elegant with flavors of Morello cherry. It haspleasant acidity and a clear variety-typical character. It is a seductive wine with good lengthand analcohol level of 13,0%.

Zweigelt

Austria’s most widely planted red variety is a cross of two traditional Austrian varieties St.Laurent and Blaufränkisch. The grapes for this wine go through a one to two week fermentation and maceration process and are pressedcarefully. The wine matures on the lees for six months and is bottled after minimal filtration. This wine is dense and juicy with a purple color and has hints of strawberries and fresh herbs on the nose. It exhibits ripe fruit on the palate, reminiscent of plum with pleasant acidity and pepper. It is an elegant wine with a spicy balanced finish and an alcohol level of 13,0%.

Heideboden

The grapes for this red blend are Zweigelt, St. Laurent, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon from several vineyards of the Heideboden of the Neusiedlersee region. The wine is aged in small, mostly usedoak barrels for a year then bottled after minimal filtration. It has an elegantly interwoven structure on the palette with black cherry flavors and fine roasted aromas on the nose. This wine has a lasting finish, very good storage potential and an alcohol level of 13,5%.

St. Laurent Reserve

We select the ripest grapes from the best vineyards for ourSt.LaurentReserve. The grapes are pressed carefully after two weeks of fermentation in 2000-liter open fermentation vats. The wine ismostly aged in small, used oak barrels for a yearthen bottled after minimal filtration. This wine has a deep purple color and a nose of fresh juniper berries and mint. It is full bodied and balanced with a taste of cherries, ripe plum, cedar wood and a lively acidity, silky tannins in the middle and a long lasting smooth finish. This is a very variety-typical wine with excellentaging potential and an alcohol level of 13,5%.

Zweigelt Reserve

We only use the ripest grapes from the best vineyards for our Zweigelt Reserve. The grapes are pressed carefully after two weeks of fermentation and maceration in 2000-liter open fermentation vats. The wine is aged in small, mostly new oak barrels for a year then bottled after minimal filtration.It has a saturated ruby colorwith purple reflections anddeep roasted aromas of ripe fruit such as cassis, black berry and ripe strawberry. This wine has a finely woven structure, avery good density, body and hints of spices and harmonioustannins.It is a very variety-typical wine with a long finish, excellent aging potential and an alcohol level of 13,5%.

Grand Reserves

In special vintages, the winery produces Grand Reserve wines from selected barrels that mature in barrel for 24 month.
